CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR)

Notwithstanding its growing focus on business expansion and profitability, our Company has never lost sight of its responsibility to the community at large. As a responsible corporate citizen, the Company constantly endeavors to balance its business objectives with the overall good of the society through wide ranging socio-economic activities.
In line with its committed focus on Corporate Social Responsibility, the Company has been consistently following and implementing programmes and policies geared towards a better work place, a better environment and a better society.

BLOOD DONATION CAMPS
Company initiates blood donation camps every year. Keeping in view the importance of every drop of bloods for human being, it always tries to encourage such efforts so that more & more people comes to this auspicious donation cycle and as a whole our society gets benefitted.

HEALTHCARE
The health of its employees and the people in the community at large is a key area of concern for the Company, which has been actively engaged in several healthcare initiatives in coordination with local government bodies and NGOs around the factory site. Free health check up and eye camps are planned to be organized regularly with the help of reputed doctors through local government bodies and NGOs. The Company has also planned to provide regular support to the local government administration in the Pulse Polio Immunization programme.

EDUCATION
Company extends its cooperative hand to help poor school children under the aegis of Purvanchal Vidya Mandir. It has also a plan to distribute books and other educational accessories among the poor children every year and encourage meritorious students of surrounding areas by awarding a scholarship. It has also a plan to help surrounding blind school by providing required educational accessories.

MASS WEDDING
Company actively participates in mass weddings every year being organized by NGOs with the help of local government bodies. In this process NGOs identify the poor family who really need help for the marriage of their daughter.
